part of my mexican dinner

so I took about 1 lb.  of tilapia and cut it into about 1/2" size chunks. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.  I placed it in a large zip loc bag and poured in about 1/3 cup of both wondra flour and cornmeal. Then I just did like you would do with shake n bake.. shake it. In the meantime I heated up some olive oil in an iron cast skillet. Once hot i placed the fish in and pan-fried until golden. I also mad salmon tacos... I took salmon, seasoned with cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Placed in a 400 degree oven for 8-10 min. in a Pyrex dish. Once all the fish was prepared I placed on corn tortillas(heated on the stove) with shredded cheese, lettuce, salsa etc. (whatever it is that you like on your tacos). Very delicious!
