Cold green Tea soba noodles

One of my favorite restaurant's is P.F. Changs. They used to have a seared tuna steak w/ cold green tea noodles. Sadly, it is no longer on the menu. But, I fell in love with the dish! So, here is a recipe just like the ones P.F Changs used to have.
I took 1/2 a pkg of green tea noodles(you can get them at your local Asian market)
Place in boiling water until cooked. These noodles only take about 3-5 min. so be very watchful so you don't over cook.
Drain the cooked noodles, plunge in ice water and drain again. then set aside
Take about 2 tablespoons of sesame seed and toast in a frying pan until browned(about 2-4 min.)
Transfer to a plate and set aside
In a bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of each of the following...
rice Vinegar, soy sauce and honey
Then stir in a dash of sesame seed oil.
add the noodles and seeds.
Toss until well blended
And.... waaalllllahhhhhaaaa!
